MY 92 EG WONT START
Hey, I was wondering if you guys knew whats with my car. I Have a 92 eg hatch with a 97 ls motor with 90 k miles on it and it wont start. When i turn on the ignitation it cranks but does not start. I tightended the timing belt got a new starter and got a new battery. Theres a vacume hose thats unplugged and i dunno where that goes and the idle is almost at 0 thats the only problems i know...would u guys know anything about it?
IM me on aim or just repost if you guys have any suggestions

You're obviously new here, so I won't give you ****, but you need to check for spark before going any further. In fact, that should've been the first thing you did before replacing parts that were probably 100% fine. It's probably a main relay or distributor problem as those are our achille's heels as far as normal breakdowns are concerned.
i have a full tank....im just trying to fix this car for i can sell it i checked the spark plugs tightening the timing belt changed the starter new battery it cranks and everything..the only thing i see wrong with it is 1 vacume hose isent connected thats about it

Just one behind your hood latch on the driver side kick panel. It's grey with a brown plug. I know my 92 EG has a hard time starting where it just cranks but doesnt turn. It send power to the ECU for the fuel pump to kick in. What I do when I have trouble is take two fingers and tap hard on the side of the relay and it kicks in.
