Default EGR repair on 6th gen accord

Hi all

Just picked up a 98 DX with a cel on. Code is P0401 EGR low flow. I understand there's a repair you can do, something about cleaning out a line, but I can't find it with the search. I've seen lot's of how to's on boring out the carbon buildup in the ports but I don't know where my ports are. I'm familiar with the EGR valve location but don't know what to clean / bore out.

Thanks

This may be of some help: http://home.comcast.net/~em-engineering/T2T013.pdf

Exact same principle on the f23 from the f22's .

Thanks for the info, still don't know where the ports are on the F23 though. I didn't see anything on the intake manifold that looked like they'd be ports.

Last week I had the same problem on my 99. I was told that there was an update for the EGR valves. I took it to the nearest dealership and they updated it for free. I would call them before you get your hands too dirty...
