stereo making weird noise

my stereo is making a swooshing sound not all the time though sometimes when i drive and even when i just have the key turned on. it's just keeps making a swooshing sound repeatidly

did u run the rcas and the power cable on the same side of the car...?

yes they r i didn't think that would matter should i run them seperatly?
