Hey guys after riding with an f-up rear bumper and a couple of other small dings. I finally have time to take the R to the body shop. I would like to know of a shop that is trust worthy (for my R's sake) and won't charge an arm and a leg. I am in SOVA so a shop in VA,MD or NC. isn't too far for me to go. Basically all it needs is a sanding and a spray. Thanks in advance

Where are you in SOVA? Not too many R's around here at all. I only know of one decent place in roanoke but they would probably charge and arm and a leg.
