Accord Fuel Pump

NEED HELP with Accord Fuel Pump
I have a '86 Honda Accord LX (with carb), and just replaced the fuel pump. It ran for a few miles, and just quit.
I do not have electric voltage to the pump or cut-off. Any suggestions?
All fuses I can find have been checked out and are OK. Does anyone know where the in-line fuse is located?
Any help is appreciated.
