Default allen wrench bolt problem on wastegate

For the longest time now my wastegate bolts on my manifold have been coming loose, so i would have to tighten them down and i was using thread lock. Well there are two allen wrench bolts and one of them is stripped. I tried to loosen it and it moved only a little bit then stopped which made me think it was stripped, maybe the actual threads on the allen wrench are stripped? i have a tial 38mm wastegate and i dont know what to do. Can i drill it out and reverse it so it will come out and just put a new bolt on it? or am i **** out of luck, im sure this has had to happen to someone else. any ideas on what i should do? oh yeah my wastegate is also leaking becuase of it and its annoying.

I always had a problem with the wastegate botls abcknig uot of teh threads in the manifold. What I eventually did was get the same bolts just about 1/2" longer adn thread it on as usual. then threaded on a nut on the other end so I could tighten it that way. works minty.
