Help on wiring up O2 Sensor

I have a 99 Honda Civic SI DOHC. I bought a Bosch O2 Sensor, Can any one tell me how to wire it up?

The colors don't match. My car has 2 blacks 1 white and 1 green. The O2 sensor has 2 whites 1 gray and 1 black. I've tried about many different ways to wire it up and none of them seem to work.
