Ive got the heater controls/motor/blower the whole deal from a 1989 CRX SI.....Has anyone ever swapped this into a 1989 Civic HB DX Model with CRX Dash. I know the motor and everything will bolt in, but the problem I encounter is within the wiring. Is there a way to modify the Main Civic Harness to accept the CRX's electronically controled Heater System.

Any Help is appreciated.

you can do it, just sit down with two wiring diagrams and put it together. it's harder to explain than when you just have the diagrams of what goes where.

 

according to a local Honda Mechanic I should just use the CRX SI Body harness and chop off unneccisary plugs
