2002 Honda Accord Clear Coat Problem
Does anybody know if the warranty covers the clear coat??
Its only a 2002 and the clear coat seems to be coming off.... the paint it rough to the touch and definitely not like it used to be.. seems to be a manufacturing defect....
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Clear coat usually turns white, or peels if it was applied to thin.
Try rubbing down a panel with denatured alcohol and rewaxing. You may be suffering from tree sap, or acid rain.
