Default ITR REAR SEAT

I just recieved a set of ITR rears to put in my EG Hatch. They are damaged, the top right had corner where the latch release is kinda bent in a bit so now the seat back is higher than the left seatback, is there any way to fix this?

On the right back rest, where you pull the pin to fold the seat down. That corner of the seat is kinda bent foward. So it makes the center of it look as if it is sitting high so its not even in the middle where the back rest splits , it sits higher than the other side.

Thats all? Just bend it back? It wont end up messing up the frame of the seat will it?

Check this out man. The frame is already damaged, while bending it back may actually make that area of the seat weaker it will still serve it's purpose. Now, you shouldn't worry about it, you don't sit back there anyway

Bend it back, but let the dealer/person that you got it from know that it's messed up before you do.
