89 crx wheel question??

can a 13 inch vx wheel fit a 89 crx si??? or is 14 the smallest it can go??

why would you want to put a 13'' on an Si?...makes no sense...unless you're gonna use some slicks...in which case 13's are still kinda small...go figure..
