Default testing waters: b18c1 all motor swap

ok, im thinking of selling my complete setup due to financial problems and i really dont race anybody, so its kinda useless to me now. btw, out of a 92 civic cx.

swap comes with apexi exhaust (not in the best condition) made to fit a 92 civic hatch, mounts with inserts, skunk2 reprogrammed p72 (obd1), harness, axles (intermediate shaft needs replaced), all the stuff that normally comes with a swap.
heres the engine/trans. setup:

longblock rebuilt 6k miles ago.

95 b18c1
81.5mm +5cc wiseco pistons (coated skirts)
eagle h-beam rods
calico coated crank and rod bearings
mircropolished and chamfered crank
removed oil squirters
mild p&p gsr head
new exhaust valve guides/5 angle valve job
skunk2 valvetrain/stage 2 cams
new seals bottom and top (cam plug and valve cover leak a lil bit)
new gsr oil pump
oem headgasket
an-r intake manifold (whoever makes the one they sell)
oem throttle body
gsr throttle cable and linkage
an-r compact header.
apexi vafc/b&m fpr
stock injectors

95 gsr tranny housing and differential/2000 civic si gears 1-5.
act clutch (xtreme pp/street mod disc)/12lb lightened oem flywheel.

thats about everything, it baselined at 195whp/132lb/ft torque (never tuned).

i have a lot of money in this but im kinda hoping to get $5,500 for everything-and you can have the whole car with the engine already in for another $1k-no shipping, im not even gonna try.

specs of car:primered up-fixed the rust but its comin back a lil bit (rear wheelwells).
tokico illuminas/skunk2 coilovers
navy blue dash and doorpanels-black gsr seats and carpet-otherwise gutted.
15" bronze rota circuit8's (excellent condition)/fuzion zr1 tires
vision corner lamps.

I know you put a lot into it, but the price is the problem. maybe sell the exhaust and motor separate.

i would separate this stuff, but i dont know if i will get enough to buy another decent car-being that this car is the only one i have.

what would be a decent price to ask for the swap?
