Rx was a special model and only was found in Japan. Yes it was made and does exsist, but very very hard to find.

Seems honda.co.jp has taken the INTEGRA Type-R.x page off the server, but you can use http://www.waybackmachine.org to take a look at (some of) it

http://web.archive.org/web/200....html

Honda added Type-R.x which was substantial in equipment to INTEGRA Type-R series: body colored retractable electric door mirrors : air conditioning : keyless entry unlock : digital quartz clock : power antenna : aluminum sports pedal : carbon-style panel : tinted glass ( rear quarterlight/rear window ) : 6 speaker stereo

Basically it was a "fully loaded, souped up" version of the 98Spec Integra Type R. It was only offered in Japan for the last two years of production AFAIK, so technically, we shouldn't have any (originally) over here

Sounds like rice, no performance enhacments?</TD></TR></TABLE>

lol. I never knew it was riced out to have A/C, body matching power folding mirrors, window tint, better gripping pedals, a different clock, and keyless entry.

So far as I know, there werent any performance differences. If you search hard there was a thread here a while back, a guy posted pics of his Rx.

That's interesting, I never knew that. I've only ever seen the DC2 Rx.

I also remember there being a brochure of available Rx accessories. I think GK dug this up in the recent past.

Basically I just got somebody to read the brochure.

The scans that were posted are better than mine.

Don't even think about it. The frequencies aren't right.

Hello Guys It`s me Marlon the guy who owns the Rx

The Rx are pretty rare because even me that I searched alot I didn`t find many info about the Rx. When I bought it I had no Idea that mine was an Rx , a friend of mine when he saw it he told me that this is a special edition of the R , he said go search on the internet to find out more about it !! There is no difference in engine performance , the only things are different are those options that it came with it . And options are not rice , they are comfort

The things I have that other JDM Integra TypeR`s don`t have are :
- Retractable door mirrors
- Remote keyless entry
- aluminum pedals
- Rear and sides tinted glass
- upgraded sound system

The sound system is all Pioneer , the all 6 speakers and even the Head unit it`s pioneer. I had bought a chip that you install with the Head unit and with this chip you can get all the radio stations . It`s called frequency convertor

I had kept all the orginal items on the car that came with the Rx to keep it original . Also there is a badge under the hand brake that says Integra TypeR#2171 , other JDM integras don`t come with this badge !! so far only mine I saw with this number I don`t know if it`s Rx related . It`s very cool to own something that you know it`s kind of rare

Check out my garage for the mods and specs , it`s in my signiture

Also if you want to search about pics of my car go to the search on the forum and search on the Archived content under my name Marlon88.

Thanks All
Marlon.

100% Shure I have like 10 friends that have JDM integra TypeR`s and i had seen a bunch of others and none of them had the options .

If you have some knowledge about JDM integras you will be 100% shure too

Also my integra looks exactly like the brochure that machgo5go posted

The integra TypeRx was only for 2000 and 2001 (some DC2`s were made in 2001 because in 2001 the DC5 came out in Japan) Mine was made in late 2000. also mine is from the last few DC2`s that came from the factory .
In 2000/2001 2264 TypeR`s were made in Japan and mine is #2171
