Default cam seals

ok when i had my car tuned....the guy said i had some leaking and it looks like it most likely is coming from the head and the cam seals are bad....
he said there is a cam seal on both sides? but i think when you buy the after market cam seals theres only one of them and thats the one on the distrobutor side....
so who makes cam seals and where can i get them for the best price?

There are also 2 cam seals on the timing belt side, right next to the cam gears. There is only 1 seal on the dizzy side. Best place to get these is OEM Honda. He said it was leaking from the dizzy side ?

the timing belt side will be a bitch to do, and since its allready leaking the timing belt will need to be changed

man that's cheap, but since you've taken everything apart, im guessing you have an h22, you might want to change out that autotensioner crap, i've seen so many fail due to the fact that they get reused

what does changing the cam seals and valve adjustment get near the auto tnsioner? the cam seal is on the dizzy side and the valve adjustment is just simply to to..............if i were to get them to change the autotensioner, a lot of things will need to be ripped out
