Default 00 civic rear turn signal question...

Alright, I've noticed that my rear turn signals work, but are barely visable. Is this the correct location of the turn signal on a 00 hatch?

Something makes me think the clear part of the taillight right below the circled section should be the turn signals, but I could be wrong. Just looking for some clarification. Thanks guys

The turn signal should be an orange bulb in the white area below the circle. Next to the turn signal is the reverse light.

Thank you. So how do I go about moving the turn signal bulb down to the turn signal location? I thought the bulb holders had different fitments to the inside of the headlights. Although I could be wrong...

Pull the bulb out and try and put it down there. See if that works.

I don't know how the bulb got up there but it shouldn't. Try putting the bulb in straight, once in, lock it in by turning it clockwise. There should only be one hole for that bulb? I could be wrong though.

Ok, here's the deal. I just went out and put my turn signals in the right place. The adapter doesn't fit, so I just sort of laid it in there. The clear part now blinks orange when my turn signals are activated, but are not nearly bright enough. My old orange bulbs that were in the blinker spot were on at all times so I decided to just unhook them. Those bulbs however, were very bright, but weren't my blinker lights. I'm sort of stuck on what I should do here. Any help would be greatly appreciated...I don't need another ticket. Thanks in advance!

Exactly, there should be certain holes in the tail light to where your able to connect it to each part of the light.

I know, and that's why I'm so confused about this. When I first bought the car it had altezzas on...I don't know if that has something to do with this. I wouldn't think so.
