Default more "testing waters"

ok here is my setup-
96 lude
H22a 115k miles
black leather interior
Limo tint
17 inch black rims
A/F and oil temp gauge (autometer)
JDM LSD
Skunk2 exh
generic intake
MSD ignition with 8mm wires
Spoon chipped ECU
Pioneer head unit
S2K shift ****
WW RS lip w/ honda shaved on bumper
JUN flywheel
ACT stage 2 clutch
Lowered 1.2" w/ tokiko blue springs/shocks
new steel braided brake lines
Slotted rotors

now heres the downfall. The body i would give a 7 out of ten, good paint but it needs to be detailed. The 2nd gear syncro is blown so i know the tranny will need to be rebuild lightly, theres not ac in the car (no compressor or anything) cuz the kid before me fucked me!! (if you read this your a douche). My question is, would i be better off to strip the car and put the parts on a better condition 4th gen? I wanna stay with 4th gens i just need to sell this car and start over on a fresh project. What would you guys do? help me out

Get one of those dent removing people to pull the dents out and grab a rebuilt tranny. Buy the AC components from a junkyard.

i have the main parts like condensor and some of the tubes, its just the little brackets and smaller tubes that are a pain in the *** to get to that i need lol. Im thinkin about doing a new tranny, but if i keep this car too i wanna do a new motor. guess ill just keep my eye open... i just wanted to hear from some of you guys

another thing is labor. I cant put my new tranny in cuz i dont have **** for tools/lifts etc and i know that the AC would be difficult as **** so i dont even wanna try that. anyone know where in phx i can get my AC installed back in for a decently reasonable price?

Why a new motor? My Prelude has 188K+ miles on the H22A1 and it sounds great. When I got the motor it was leaking and it had a bad clutch but, I had all that fixed for 950(labor and parts). I had the timing belt replaced, balancer shaft belt replaced, new cam seals, new crank seal, new water pump, new Exedy Stage2 Clutch Kit. I put an AEM CAI on it and had a V-AFC installed. Runs 9.24 in the 1/8th...Anyway my point is...there's no point in getting a new motor. Whatever is wrong with yours just fix it. Even though my Prelude got totalled Saturday my motor and tranny still work great. I cranked the car up yesterday, with no leaks, no hesitation, and no engine noise. Just because an engine has a lot of miles doesn't mean you need a new one and mine is a perfect example of that.
