Default cluster question

i effed up my gauges trying to put in some indglo gauge faces that my mom got me and now im not too sure if the gauges are reading right now. the rpm gauge is kinda stuck for a while. when i rev it up it does not go anywhere and then all of the sudden it jumps to where it should be. i was wondering if it could be fixed or do i have to buy a new cluster?

well see the gauges didnt fit all that good so i just left them out, but now the rpm gauge is stuck at like 2000 rpm when the car is off and it wont move when the car is on until i rev it high and then just goes back to 2000.
