My friends (EG6 SiR) White Hatchback on some rota MF8s in bronze with some black Bride rep. seats was stolen last night between Midnight and 7am in the Mission Beach area. Of course, if anyone can lend any assistance it would be greatly appreciated! The License plates read EG6 SiR.

Hey guys, I just got an update from the police and they said they found it in the 858 area. They told me it was completely stripped and no one was in custody. If any one hears of some of my stuff being sold, please let me know. I would really appreciate it.

As for the questions in this thread, yes I did have a very sensititive alarm, and two kill switches. So it seems that the car was most likely towed away. I was parked on the street of the corner of Mission Bay Drive and Mission Blvd. near the beach. I will update this thread with pics of the stripped car. Thanks everyone.

Yeah, I had an alarm that was really sensitive and I also had two kill switches. that is damn near impossible to figure out. So I have come to the conclusion that it was most likely towed away.

Why would you leave your car at the beach like that unattended? I mean, Mission Beach spells trouble for imports after the sun goes down.

 

damn that sucks really bad...damn thievs always be stealin cars...hopefully u guys find it without ne harm..

I had no choice. I just got a job in the san diego area so I was staying with my friend until I found an apartment. It only took a week for my car to be gone.

 

I had bought a 87 CRX...
I had it for a week...
my friend was having a party at his apartment over in hillcrest..
I drove it over there.. was in for about 3 hours.. came out and my CRX was gone.
It had a club on it.

Yes I have insurance, but its liability so im not going to get **** back. As for whats left of the hatch, I will find out tomorrow morning. The police told me that it was pretty much stripped down. Im hoping I can at least use the shell to rebuild the whole thing again. I will update with pics tomorrow.

I almost broke down and Im still pretty upset about it, I havent eaten, ive been drinking, I so freakin pissed off. I have so much anger in me right now.........I mean the first thing the went through my mind was all the blood, sweat, time and money I put into it. All that just so someone can take it all away.

 

some magazine did an article where they interviewed a car theif. they can sreal a car in a matter of seconds and strip it in an hour. man, im really sorry bout it. a towtruck is a theifs best friend. im actually gonna be storing my car in front of two non running cars in front of my house. heh, it would be a bitch for them to get my car without me hearing it...and a bitch for me to take it out....but safety of my baby over convenience is what im about. sry bout it, and goodluck if u decide to rebuild.
