Default Hey guys, how accurate is this?

Hey guys I was trying to find some info on the differences betwen the B18A1 and B1's, I found this thread and this guy said this.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Targa250R &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">'90-91 B18A1 (pre-OBD) - 130hp, 121 lb-ft, short-geared trans

'92-93 B18A1 (OBD-1) - 140hp, 126 lb-ft, long-geared trans

'94-95 B18B1 (OBD-1) - 142hp, 127 lb-ft, long-geared trans

'96-01 B18B1 (OBD-2) - 140hp, 124 lb-ft, long-geared trans</TD></TR></TABLE>

I was just wondering if that is an accurate summary of everything.

looks pretty accurate to me... but then again, those are brochure figures. a dyno will tell another story.

looks correct, except for the statement that 90-91 has a "short geared" transmission. 90-93 ls trans are all the same, and are all long.

lost 2HP? replace the air filter and you'll get the same HP.
