Default Will i pass emissions? ( turbo )

So my motor is almost rebuilt, and I'm kind of worried about emissions so here goes:

My car is an OBD1 1995 Integra GS-R...

I'm gonna have the Drag kit on my car with a carsound cat and custom 2.5 exhaust with Thermal muffler ( really not relevant, but i'll put it anyways ). RC 550 injectors, hopefully boosting about 8-12psi. Forged Wiseco pistons ( 8.5:1 ) eagle rods, OEM bearings and gaskets. I'm gonna get the turbo setup tuned with uberdata for a good 4 hours at a very very good shop.... Oh, and I live in Georgia.

Will I fail emissions?

Thanks in advance,

-Sunny

is there a visual inspection?

put in the stock injectors with the stock ecu and take out the wastegate spring.

as long as everything is tuned well, you should pass.

the road test doesnt put enough load on the motor to see boost

Mine passed fine in Texas. I removed the obd1 computer and 450 injectors and put the stock obd2 and injectors back in. I had to drive it for a few days without boost to get the ecu to show ready in all of the parameters.

Mine passed w/ 450's + an AFC about a year ago just as I drive it every day. They don't boost @ the test, just idle and slight load. As long as your car still goes into closed loop as normal, it'll pass. Mine passed w/ flying colors.

It's hard to tell from behind a computer if you will pass or not.

How healthy is the engine? How is your tune? Are your ignition components in good shape?

I have some friends who have passed easily with turbos and some who have failed miserably with turbos... I would take the car in as you have it now and see if you pass, you never know, you just might!... if you don't, then start making adjustments.
