H23 VTEC?
Is there anyone who knows anything about the JDM Vtec H23? Anyone know the specs (hp, tq) and how it runs? Just curious. I saw a JDM H23 on jdmcustoms.com and it shows 215 hp and 167 tq. Is that correct? Please let me know...

One thing I've always wondered is about the crank.
Does it have big counterweights like the H22A, or is the crank the same as any ol H23A crank.
