Default Pulling off the 'cluster trim' ? (quick answer if possible, easy question)

Not sure exactly what to call it, just the trim around the cluster, i want to take it off, the owner before me painted it a hideous silver and i want to get that paint off, i got it half way off but it seems to be stuck, is it connected to something? or do i just need to pull harder? lol

btw - http://www.streetsports.com/Ph...r.jpg

just a picture to show what im talking about, the thing with 2 screws in it, do i just unscrew and pull?

2 screws on top of the cluster.

Remove hazard switch with a small flathead.

Remove screw behind hazard switch.

Pull slowly from bottom edges. It'll pop off the clips.

The hazard switch on your dash board. The one where you push in and it makes both your blinkers blink. Get a small flathead and pry it out.
