Where is it located? Im having trouble finding the sucker.

I know on the VTEC engines of that year, it's under the IM. There is a small hole that you can see the vac line running through. It should be around the same area for you... if not, bump

 

i have the non vtec engine on the dx they are like 106hp stock

 

It is directly under the intake manifold, above the oil filter.

It is a pain in the *** to get to.

 

Its best to replace when you have the oil filter off (oil change). You can pop it out of that black box with a screwdriver.
