Cage builder near Kansas/Missouri?
The Type R is gutted out - ready for a cage (ITE & H2). Any cage builders in the area (Kansas City) Kansas/Missouri/Neb, etc...
I'd prefer to find somebody < 3hrs away just for simplicity, but I'm open for recommendations.
Safety first!!

that guy is the STL region SCCA tech inspector.. and I've seen his work, it's good..
I know of one more as well, but I can't remember the name of the guy's company and his card is out at my parent's place.. I'll get it this weekend though..

Mark - Thanks for the extra info. When you told me who built yours, I thought you had said it was more of a 'special favor' & didn't realize that he was willing to do another cage...

Yeah, performance engineering does excellent work. Another guy in STL I'd recommend is Steven Burkett of Tuxedo Park Racing ( http://www.tuxedoparkracing.com ) he's built a bunch of cages, his most recent being a very nice setup in a T2 GTO. I would also recommend my cage builder, Jude Rudder at PFM Racing (check the link in my sig) but he may be a little swamped right now.
There HAS to be a good builder in the KC area though, there are so many racers out there. The best research is done at the track anyway. Come out to the next SCCA road race July 16th and 17th and talk to some KC area racers about who built their cages. I'll be there.

I need to call PFM - they sponsored the school in st louis.
I'll be at HPT as crew on saturday & driver on sunday. Believe me, I'll be checking out LOTS at the national event.
