Default My fellow EF owners..wish me luck

I spent my Valentines day dropping in my B17A motor into my hatch. I just have to bolt a few more things, get the ECU wires done then hopefully she'll fire up by next week. I'm using HCP mounts. Man are those mounts stiff! The engine sits really low too. Looks like I'll have to get 17's so that the oil pan doesn't end up scrapin off road-kill and speed bumps. Wish me luck.

Wait til u start it up...u think the mounts are stiff now, oh you dont even know yet

I had my ed on the lifts today too and for the first time i noticed how really low the oil pan is to the ground too...no scrapes yet but jesus its really close.

i have a b17 in my rex and hcp mounts also...........they`ll ride rough for about a month. You have to let them settle in and it will be alot better. good luck on your swap.
