Default Horrible crackling sound coming from one of my Diamond S600s tweeters

I've had a set of Diamond S600s'es for a while now, over a year. They sounded great at first. For a while, I thought that I could hear a little distortion in my passenger's side tweeter, but I blew it off thinking that it was road noise or something improperly tuned. Lately, I've been listening to some piano music, and it sounds absolutely horrible. Even at moderate volumes, It crackles more than a dead ricer's skull under my foot. What are my options for repairing or replacing it? I'm out of that one-year warranty.
