I currently run 215/45/17 on all four corners, no rubbing issues.
225/45 is probably pushing it, more than likely it will rub.

225 will fit all four no rubbing if you are not dropped much. They fit stock ride height with no rubbing on all 4.

225s will barely rub under hard cornering in the front but vey minimal it will be fine if you have good tires for a good price
