SO anyone have any ideas on Turboing a Honda 4wheeler? With a Carb? Can a turbo withstand being submerged in water, even if the intake stays above water?

 

I'm not sure about submersion. . . even if air tight, the sudden temperature change would really put alot of stress on the turbo.

I would think that you'd have to build an air tight box around the turbo/piping to accomplish something like this.

 

I'd suggest doing the normal NA mods first...there's enough support out there to make a SCARY fast 4wheeler just by engine parts alone :]

The turbo project while neat, would be hard to pull off IMo....you'd need a jetski turbo or somethign SUPER small.....
