She is purdy...Red with the black honda wing decals. I already got a fender elimanator and removed the mirrors. Plan on instaling a two brothers exhaust soon. I rode my brothers kawi 636r and his bike was alot more comfy. My seat feels like a wooden plank but I think the 600rr looks sharper and handles a bit better. later folks

 

i love my RR, it handles great. and i had the TBR exhaust on mine and it sounded SO DAMN GOOD just make sure you get the C2 style, its exit is coned kinda to amplify the sound (loud bikes save lives) and i think its sexier than the competition. i mean for a company who makes quality EVERYTHING except airplanes (cause they dont make them) what would you expect? haha thinking about the honda song as i write this

Nice ... get it from the dealer? If so, what was the sticker and how much did u get it OTD? I'm gonna be looking for an 05 once i am 100% recovered and all that from my wreck, i had an 03 and loved it.

That's kinda funny b/c I just heard of honda working with another company to produce a commuter jet that can go from Chicago to LA on one tank. LA to Alaska, Alaska to Japan on two.

im looking into getting my first bike. did you consider any other bikes before getting this one. im considering a honda 600rr, kawasaki zx-6r and if i can find a ducati 620 sport ff.

Yes i looked at all of the big four. The honda and the kawi are new for this year and didn't want to buy the other two just to have them change for 06. Also most guys in my town have gsxr. These things were very...very popular two, three years ago but I wanted something different and honda bikes are a bit rare in my town.

When it comes to price, I actually drove to houston (2hour drive) to try to same money but they actually wanted more. The out the door price on a honda there was 9,850... and yes I went to several dealers. Honda of Houston, Stubbs, so on. I actually got the better deal at my small hometown dealer (Ross motorsports). It was 8,600 plus t.t.&.l. Out the door was 9,500.

The honda bike tends to sell close to m.s.r.p. My brothers 05 kawi was over a grand less out the door. But its my money and I wanted to pay for what I wanted so I got the 600rr.

Just getting close to 500 miles so I'll change my oil and wash her up this weekend and post some pics. Later.
