Default How much for a swap

Hey whats up guys theres this guy that wants me and one of my friends to do his JDM f22b swap in his 96 automatic prelude. Me and my friend are no expert mechanics but we've done a few honda swaps so we basically know what where doing. how much do yall think will be a good price to charge for this swap, on the crx forum they where talking about how much to charge for a zc swap in a crx and they decided $400-$600 for that swap and come on a zc swap aint ****. and i know a JDM F22b will prolly be a lil harder than a zc swap . so how much do yall think i should charge. yall hit me up with some answers thanks.

...he's swapping in an f22b?

i'm guessing he's coming away from the f22a and has an S model.

-are you going to retain the auto tranny?
-i'm assuming the prelude he's got is running an f22a (p14?) ecu?

the reason why i'm asking these questions is because those are going to matter when it comes to parts and how hard the labor will be.

if you're staying auto and the computers are compatable, run him 800 or so, i would say.

if you're going MT, slap another few hundred on it + price for parts and new ECU.

HTH.

HTH. </TD></TR></TABLE>well he supposeldy did his research so he said he can use the stock, axles, mounts, auto tranny, and the H23 ecu with this swap. but the sound of the price sounds pretty good.
