no it wont help. the whistle that hondas make when idling is typically the air moving through the throttlebody due to idle adjustment. change the idle and the pitch of the whistle will change

no it whistling at 3000rpms or when the gas is down 1/3 or 1/2 of the why and the whistling is being made by the valve and the manifold when it opens just right it will whistl

Most SRI's and CAI's will whistle. If you don't like it, an Icebox would be a nice alternative.
