Default coil springs or racing springs

93 accord, dropped. how much of a diffenrence would it make if i install coil springs or h & r race springs. what would make the car stiffer, what would make it bounce like crazy? what would be the best choise?

The car uses COIL springs. H&R is but one brand.

As for the second question, do whatever you want / can budget. However, play it safe and buy a decent set of aftermarket SHOCKS at the same time as they can better handle increased spring rates compared to a STOCK shock.
