Default H&R sports

Are they progressive or linear?

I've been on my h&r sports + koni yellows for over 2yrs and love them. Great compromise between comfort and performance. Smooth enough that I can deal with them for daily driving and stiff enough that I can still have fun at an hpde. I've never heard a complaint regarding h&r's and I often recommend them on some of the forums that I moderate...

thats funny because i hear the opposite......i had H&R sports for about 9-10 months and they sagged so bad the car wouldn't make it over speed bumps and you couldn't get a floor jack under it......not only did my H&R sag but 3 of my friends had the exact same problem.......

switched to eibach 2 years ago........never looked back

i think he sounds like a disgruntled customer. send them back for a full refund if you want, they would have taken them back. shrug....

bouncy is a function of your shock being underdamped for the spring rate. sounds like you should be blaming the shocks you had, not the springs.

I have hard H&R sports for 8 months now.. They haven't sagged any at all, I love them!

They are very comfortable but planted..

IMO go with H&R or Tein S.Tech..

ive had the H&R sports for about 6 months and i'm very happy with them. i also have koni red shocks, so the ride quality feels stock until i'm on a shitty road full of pot holes, then it's a bit bouncy, but that's to be expected.
