helper springs for koni/gc setup?

Default helper springs for koni/gc setup?

does gc sell helper springs? my suspension droops low when i put the car on jackstands that the wheels still in contact with the floor. my setup is gc/koni yellows with 500lbs in the rear and 400lbs in the front with both springs equal length at 8"

They do. Part number is HELPER250. You will need SPACER250 to mate the springs.

What do you expect helper springs to do for you in your situation? A helper spring used in the rear is a softer rate spring that soaks up an initial hit from a bump before the main spring takes over making a car with really stiff rates livable in daily driving. YOur suspension will still droop no matter what its designed that way.

No, that is a tender spring.

A helper does not effect spring rate, just keeps the main spring in place.

I didnt know that thought they were the same thing,but his suspension will still droop ,am I rite?

It will droop but the springs will not fall out of their perches and will go back into position as they should when the car is lowered rather than needing to be manually put back into position every time.
