Default Help meout with my daily driver. Springs or coilovers?

I have a 91 CRX Si currently with GC coilover and KYB AGX shocks. I have just aquired a set of Nuespeed sport springs. I drive this car a few 100 miles a week and it has a B16 in it. The GC are the off the shelf spring rates for a CRX. My question is which would be better for some weekends at the track but still some what comfortable daily driver...the Sport springs or the GC coilovers?

Thanks
Matt

Springs are less hassle. But I have never been a big fan of Coilovers. They can make your car look sic though

I`d keep teh GC's, but it really depends wether you like the ride or not.

The ride is pretty good on the GCs but I thought that the springs may offer better performance and handle better?

The GC`s will perform better. They will also give you more tuning options if you ever get serious about weekend events.
