what company offers the 5 lug conversion?

I am looking at investing in those honda gunmetal 17's that they have as an exterior acessorial option but they are 5 lug. I have an 03 with the 4 lug. who offers a conversion? website?

I would like to find out prices.

there are plenty of junked rsx base and type s out there. pick up the full brake set up cheap swap it out and sell me your rear 4 lug disc and recoupe some cost.
