3" downpipe for greddy integra LS kit
Sorry if someone has posted this already, but I tried to run a search and had no luck. Does anyone know of a shop that makes a custom 3" downpipe for the greddy kit on an integra even if it means getting rid of A/C? Thanks for any tips.
thanks for answering those questions for me stolen teg
i can make you a cast elbow replacement. hwoever it will reqwuire you to remove your AC. and possibly modify oil return line and ic pipng cuz itll " stickout" a lil more than before.
i usually make 3" dp replacements off the elbow.

yea you can keep the cast and upgrade the lower part. other than that. theres no way in hell you can clear that AC compressor to upgrade the cast portion .
you can upgrade the lower. mandrel 2 inch portion but not the cast portion and still retain ac.

Is there much of a gain when you only replace the 2" portion or are you better off replacing the elbow portion and going with 3" all the way?

better off replacing the elbow portion. but you wont be able to keep AC. replacing the 2" portion youll feel a significant gain also.

is there anyway you can retain AC and use a 2.5" section where the cast section is? I have a 2.5" DP so 2.5" elbow is all I need
impossible. theres a reason why greddy made it a cast section instead of "tubular" n thats becaue you can make it however u want and as flat as you want to clear the AC comp.
I gotcha. I went and looked at it today. I don't understand why they didn't move the turbo an inch or 2 to the left(if you are looking at it from the front of the car) and use a tubular section that will actually flow ok
