Default Weird Plugs under Hood

Hello,
Well I got another very interesting situation with my crx, turns out my headlights wires are dead, and my corner lamps as well. The lower bumper blinkers work though... Anyway thats not what I am posting about anyway (Although any ideas are welcome).

I found these 2 weird plugs under my hood right near where my headlight would be (They are only on the right side of the car, left if your facing the engine bay), I tested them with several things on and off and they seem to be hot all the time. I cannot seem to find what they would go to, I took some pics hopfully you guys can shed some light.

Thanks for your time,

I haven't yet tried the horn, it's simple things like that I forgot to check out when I bought the car. It's not like it would have changed my decision to buy it or not, but still nice to know.

Thanks so much guys, I really appreciate the help

Shave my arms? Wouldn't that just make the hair thicker in the end?

When my gf saw the pic she advised into waxing them... she said the hair will come back thinner each time. (Off topic I know)
