Actually my friend you are right-on. That's the next step. Don't know what to get 17's or 18's. But I've got alot of go and a lil show coming up. Some clown told me silver would look hot on my car. I told him it would probally clash with the hood.

it better not coz i just ordered the VIS invader CF hood for my silver lude.

I've never understood the draw of an unmatched hood other than letting people know you have a carbon fiber hood. Not flaming, but could someone please explain it to me?

i agree... if you get a carbon fiber hood, paint it! the more you advertise that CF hood, the more likely your car will get targeted by thieves...

 

if i had some spare cash laying around, i would do it. BUT, my a-kored needs a heart transplant, badly.

There already is a growing backlash against CF. In some people's eyes it is beginning to become played out ex:altezzas. I like it. I dont see it enough to have gotten sick of it. I only see alot of it on the internet

 

Yes it is a fiber images hood. Got it for 150.00 from my boy last summer. Yes I did paint the brake calipers red. I don't think the CF hoods are played out at all. Like Honda Sport said, you don't see enough of them. I turn heads all the time and get all kinds of compliments from fellow imports, and just plain old people. Yes they do make different color CF hoods but what would be the purpose of getting it the same color as your car. You mind as well keep the stock hood on your car. Any Pros/Cons?
