I have looked for a wiring diagram for the 89 crx dx gauge cluster pin-outs and all i find is stuff about 90-91. I am trying to get a 96 ITR cluster into my car (which i also need the wiring diagram for) so if someone could send me a link to a site or tell me what the wires do on each clip that would be great. thanx

 

I've seen it somewhere, try searching. I think it's in a thread on how to wire for a newer cluster or something like that. Pics are still up so search around.

i used those pictures and for some reason my wires dont line up with them. i have complete different colors....what the hell.

I'm doing mine this weekend. 89 CRX Si and ITR cluster. I'll post up what I end up doing with mine

 

haha thats the same post as buddy sent me...for some reason though my wires are different. this sux

 

is there another style of pin-outs for the 88-89 crx casue none of those line up accept the first wire on each clip

so all your other wires on the CRX side are different in location and/or color?

I also heard you might also need to swap out the green circuit board on the ITR to a GSR OBD-1 one.

there are so many threads about GSR/ITR cluster swaps and none of them are 100% correct
I'm just gonna have to figure mine out on my own
