I am swapping a b18a 5 speed cable tranny into a 93 dx hatch with auto trans. I have all the mounts out of the 92 integra the engine was pulled from the two side mounts are bolted up but the rear tranny mount will not bolt to the mount on the frame. also the back of the intake is against the brake lines on the fire wall and the alternator seems too close to the frame. Im just curious why this is happening since everyone seems to tell me these mounts will work fine.

 

The upper tranny mount needs to be cut and rewelded more foward I believe since your hatch is an auto.
