Look at this blury camera phone image:


Took it when I seen this CRX's Headlights beaming that HID-Like white light onto the back of the car infront of it. I can't say if the lights were properly installed and all that good stuff but they were very bright and used what appeared to be OEM housings. The car really stood out thanks to lights.

I actually thought about yelling out the window and asking the driver but I thought twice and just took a picture... hoping it would come out good.

I am wondering from what you can see and what I have tried to explain, did I see a true HID kit or were they just some nice bulbs?

 

Definitely a 8000k HID kit utilizing stock halogen housing.

 

Looks like a typical high-Kelvin HID kit to me. The light color is awful, and there appears to be a huge amount of glare and scatter.

in other words its an improperly installed HID kit and shouldnt be on the car.

 

Ok... I thought it looked strange. I mean it would stand out next to a CTS (Whichs comes standard with HID, I think) thanks to those headlights....
