Default All Ek Hatchbacks with 16's i need your help pls..

i know this topic has been brought up alot and i tried searching and sometimes you find it and sometimes you dont but i have 16 rota c8's but dont no what size tire to buy. my car is currently slammed on its stock wheels 195/65/13 and i want to keep it slammed i was thinking of putting 205/40/16 wheels on it but would i be better off with a 195/45/16 or 195/40/16... what are you guys running will it rub my overall goal is to eliminate tire gap and wheel rub...any advice would be helping cause im going to buy tires real soon. thanks

thanks for the reply thats what i was going for but will the offset make a different in spacing of the wheel and the fender.... keep in mind that my car is pretty low.

yes offset is very important to tire sizing, ifi was you i would go with 205-40-16

195/45r15 is on mine right now... rubbing only occurs when I slam her (no gap between tire and car) in full lock bumpy corners...

And since I'm crazy when it's about cornering... I took her up about .5" so no more rubbing in those tight corners...

current drop is around 1.75 / 2" on mine... Rota Grids with Pirelli 195/45/16s...

im runnin 215/45/16 es100's and there is no rubbage. front tire gap is >1 finger, rear is about 1.5 fingers. also, my suspension is fairly stiff, which limits suspension movement.

i am pretty much tucking tire with my 16's. I am running a 205/45/16 with no rubbing, oh and a +45 offset

i ran 205/40/16s on my ek awhile back, and had it slammed as far as it would go.. and i never rubbed.
