Default B16 or GSR cams for turbo?

Ive done some research and found that GSR cams seem to be better than B16 cams for a turbo setup. Right now i have B16 cams in my ls/vtec, does anyone have any information that will make me wanna change them out for a set of GSR cams? Dyno graphs, ect.

b16a2 cams are the same as GSR cams. if you have b16a1 cams. the you should benefit from upgrading to 94+GSR cams or 99-00 Si cams. or intake cam of any Type R.

How do you figure? GSR's have a good amount (12 @ .050 INT, 4 @ .050 EXH) duration and roughly the same lift as the B16 cams, and they definitely are different.

There's GSR's vs. B16's. If I ever have a turbo stock B16 again, GSR cams are one of the first mods I'm doing.

Gs-r Cams are better. Jeff Evans has a dyno plot between both cams.

99 si cams are the same as gsr cams, its the JDM b16a1 that has smaller cams.

I already posted that link, and it speaks nothing of SI and GSR cams being the same. I was running a USDM B16 head on my old setup and when I swapped to GSR cams they were definitely different, since I needed to change the tune and the car made more power. Where did you hear that SI and GSR cams are the same?

tight page but according to that the first gen b16 cams and the GSR cams have the same specs, i didn't think this was true.
