Will struts fit?

A buddy of mine has tokico struts that he sad I could have and I was wondering if they will fit.They are off of a 99 SI.

You'll need a set of EG or EK front forks to make the front work and for the rear trim your lower bushing on the trailing arm where the strut mounts,I think its almost 1/8" per side.
