someone wants me to install a zc motor and tranny in a 89 crx. i am by no means a mechanic, but i am comfortable working on hondas.

i installed a zc and tranny in my own 91 civic, and have installed engines in newer civics. whats a fair price to charge?

yes, my garage, my tools. i cannot warrenty the installation, by i am supplying the motor which has a warranty. i also have to remove the old motor and tranny

Yeah about 400-600 seems fair.
I honestly wouldn't pay that much, but there are many people out there that wouldn't mind it.

 

I would charge 500 if he is just someone who knows you through word of mouth but if it was one of my boys I would say a 12 pack of carona a pacl of newports and an extra set of hands
