Default car hesitates

i've been having this problem with my car for a couple of months now...and i really dont know why this is happening..can someone please give me an advice.

i drive a 98 honda accord, 5 speed. now. the car hesitates even on first gear ( before it was only on 2nd and third). i got a tune up done, spark plugs replaced, fuel filter of the car i was told is in the fuel pump...

it seems like i press on the pedal, and there's no gas that comes in..then the car will shake, i wil shift into a lower or higher gear, press on the gas and then the car will work like there's no problem to it. also, one thing my mechanic did was put a methylane liquid..and the car didnt hesitate for a couple of days ..but then after it went back again.

same had happedn to mine, try to get an engine flush on ur car to clean out any carb build ups in ur engine and also run injector cleaner. if u dont have money for a fluid flush buy some seafoan at auto zone and drop some in ur engien by the oil, gas, and brake fluid,, note after putting it in these parts it may smooke a lil bit its ok but reve ur engine at 5k rpms and then redline it . and drive it..it should be better,o and quick advice after using seafoam get another oil change and oil filter change
