Aluminum radiator cores...just the core?

Where I can find aluminum radiator cores for sale? I would like to make my own alum. radiator for my BMW as pretty much all aftermarket units are over $500.

A bar and plate intercooler core would make an awesome radiator core. Same principle. Hell, doesn't Bell make air/water intercoolers out of basic bar/plate cores?
