Sometimes they work, sometimes they dont. I replaced the steering stalk. I checked all the fuses for correct amperage. Its hit or mis. If they do work, they are fast, or normal. Its rediculous. I am at a loss here.

 

Check for grounds...i had a similar problem with my coupe..grounds where messed up and they would cause my lights not to work properly similar to ur problem... when i fixed the ground then a fuse would blow..try replacing the flasher..too that might also help
