rpm's change at idle

rpm's change at idle

can anyone tell me why my throttle body would make my rpm's go up and down when driving and at idle?

or throttle body is not closing enough...

Or a loose/bad ground. The four wire ground that goes to the thermostat was loose on my car, made for a "fun" driving experiance

thanks guys its in the shop today..it was the vacuum
